The Crew
> The Crew
Absolute family
A tight-knit cluster of riggers, bar staff, logistics and stock, each member intrinsically linked to the next, all completely vital.
Long-term relationships with the festivals we work with are how we keep our crew in employment, and it shows: many of our team have been with Chai for years. They build the venue, run the bar and the stage, and look after the artists and the crowd, with plenty of patter and a positive mental attitude.
- 01
Riggers
The people who raise our freeform canvas and build the venue from the ground up, then take it all down again.
- 02
Bar crew
Eccentric dependables who keep the drinks flowing and the atmosphere warm.
- 03
Stage crew
Personable, focused and ready for anything, from line checks to super-fast changeovers.
- 04
Logistics and stock
Everything in the right place at the right time, from the first delivery to the last barrel.
